What Shipping Methods Are Available?
Currently we are using two shipping methods only. One is ship the parcel by local post office which cost only $8 per kg. Another method is by premium postage services such as Fedex or DHL.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
Once your order is paid for, please allow 2-4 business days order processing. All items are subject to handling period before they are dispatched. 99% of orders leave the warehouse within 2 to 4 days of payment. Once order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification. Delivery usually takes 1 to 4 weeks from the date of order. Average delivery time in the USA is 7 to 14 days.
Do You Ship Internationally?

Is your shipping included custom fee?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages. We do this to expedite your order reaching you on time in the shortest amount possible. Please keep this in mind when receiving your packages.
Please note, Break Watches Co. is not responsible for any custom fees once your order is shipped. By buying any of our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Orders & Return
How do I place an Order?
Simply choose your style from the drop-down menu on the product page then click the “Add to cart!” button and follow the simple steps to complete your order. We’ll prepare your order and send you a tracking number.
How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
How can I exchange a product?
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.Please do not send your product back to us without a Return Authorization from our support team. We ship thousands of products and we want to make sure there is minimal errors should you wish to return or exchange for any reason..
How Can I Return a Product?
If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your order and wish to get a refund, we can refund you without a hitch. Your satisfaction is our #1 priority and if you’re not happy, we are definitely not happy! Therefore, if you’d like a refund you can request one no matter the reason.
If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time (not including the 2-4 days processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment. If you no longer want the product, you may request for a full refund but you must first return the item in its original condition and unused.
You will have to ship the item back to us at your expense, once item has been verified it has been received then a full refund will be given. It is recommended you ship your item back using a traceable service so it doesn’t get lost.
- We do not have any control if your item is held in customs for any reason. Note: We’ve never encountered this problem.
- We are not responsible for natural disasters or any delays with the shipping company once your order has been shipped.
